We want to thank you for all of your work in designing our new home! From our initial meeting with you, through the final building permit, you have been absolutely wonderful to work with! Along with our builder, we have been impressed by your passion and enthusiasm for your work, especially the knowledge that you "brought to the table" from your very diverse background in building design and other areas. Your commitment to designing a very energy effecient home was an attribute that drew us to you as we were selecting a custom home designer.
We were extremely impressed with your knowledge in this area as we proceeded with the design phase. We came to you with a very long "wish list" of qualities that we wanted to see in our new home, but a fuzzy picture of what this might actually look like. You managed to incorporate all of our dreams into your house plan and turned them into a plan that exceeded anything we could have imagined (while keeping us within our desired building budget.)

At our initial meeting, you proposed a contract amount for your work that seemed almost too good to be true, especially considering that you allowed for an unlimited number of meetings and revisions during the schematic design phase, and a large number of construction documents in the final phase. True to your word, we met many, many times and went through a constant array of revisions (as we changed our minds often). In addition to our numerous meetings in person, we corresponded via e-mail almost daily. It was extremely helpful to us to have you e-mail various design ideas for us to look at and then see requested modifications within hours (and at times within minutes ! ). Throughout the entire process, your enthusiasm (and patience) never waned. In addition to our multitude of meetings, you voluntarily met with and consulted with our builder on at least a weekly basis to insure that the transition from the design phase to the building phase would be seamless. This incredible attention to detail resulted in a preliminary building permit being issued within one week of submittal with only three additional items requested for final permitting. These three items were provided by you on the same day requested and we had our final building permit issued 24 hours later ! Throughout this entire process, your work was always performed in an extremely timely manner and for the very low price that you promised at our initial meeting !

We are so very grateful for all of your hard work and dedication in making our dream home a reality ! We will be excited to witness with you the fruition of your labor as we break ground for our new home in the next few weeks.
