Currently we are offering a personalized, one of a kind custom home design to your satisfaction, and with the intent of taking advantage of all the potential your building site has to offer.
When retained to do so, under a separate agreement, we will supervise the construction of your new home.
We are offering, from our Library of past designs, stock plans that may be modified for a reasonable fee.
Periodic, unbiased Inspections are available at different stages of your construction project.
Remodeling plans and additions are also available upon request.

A complete set of plans will vary in price according to the scope of the Project;

Up to 1500 square feet of Conditioned (heated/cooled) space
.60 cents per sq. ft. or Min. $ 900.00
From 1500 sq. ft. up to 3500 sq. ft. Conditioned space
.80 cents per sq. ft.
For Projects beyond 3500 Sq. Ft.
1.00 cents per sq. ft. depending on the scope of the project.
CAD (Computer drafting), Inspections and Site Visits after the Initial Consultation will be billed at the rate of $35.00 per hour.
